                                        @wilbur Yeah, this is the first truly major issue I've had, but it's been nearly 24 hours at this point. I'm switching hosts based on this, at least for my business site. But I can't even do that until they get a backup loaded. Ugh. :) Thanks!

                                          @zepfhyr They've been completely uncommunicative. It's unbelievable. I've never experienced anything like it. I'm about to start the process of migrating to a WPEngine account but I need a reliable WordPress backup first. I'm flabbergasted, heh.
