@streakmachine *fingers crossed* Part of it is also how you position yourself - is it support, or is it about optimising / re-engineering existing support processes. The latter is probably harder to get, but a lot better paid!
@1password Can I let you know of a minor bug I've found with credit card fill ins? (I will anyway!). You sometimes get confused and populate Visa Debit rather than Visa for one of my cards, even though you know very well that it's a Visa.
