@keita yeah, I hated running off on a pretty big fork, but there’s really nothing going on and I needed fixes.

@keita thanks mate — I’ve also filed an issue at https://github.com/appdotnet/api-spec/issues/374. I’m pretty sure I’m not making things up here, but it’s been a long morning. Happy for it to be my adaptation to AFN2 as well — that’s fixable.

I forked ADNKit to add AFNetworking 2.x support without giving anyone fair notice and now I have an out-of-control branch with a whole bunch of fixes and features that would be useful to the user-streams branch as well. I am a bad OSS contributor 😔

Time is an illusion created by people without children, jobs and video games to play through twice, once as evil, to get all the trophies.

@acf yeah, it's all very involved and confusing. I thought it was MR's fault and tried to fix it multiple times before today's conversations. I'm just happy that we know what it is now!

@acf sadly, those aren't even categories. They're fully overridden methods in subclasses of NSManagedObject. I'd wager they'll be on the whitelist before week' send.

@stevestreza that looks like yelling to me. Also, beta?

@kevinhoctor @scotty let’s form a club of indie developers who have no money… oh, wait, that’d be all of us…

Clean up your projects with Xcode 5: http://tonyarnold.com/2014/04/10/clean-up-your-projects-with-xcode-5.html Just a few quick tips I've picked up this last year for cleaning up your Xcode projects using Xcode 5.

I closed some embarrassingly old issues for MagicalRecord last night. Staying on top of an active open source project is hard, hard work. That said, GitHub makes it almost enjoyable!

Announcing Polychromatic, a plugin that brings semantic highlighting to Xcode. https://github.com/kolinkrewinkel/Polychromatic Thanks to @tonyarnold for his help!

@garrettmurray @adnkit @joeldev that would definitely be the goal. I’ve also started wrapping ADN with ReactiveCocoa signals if that’s your thing. I’d need to clean it up a bit, but it’s a simple set of categories.
                          tonyarnold
@garrettmurray I’d like that too. I don’t believe the AFN1 to AFN2 changeover will be horrid — I’ve done a couple and it was fine. Just don’t want to do it until the user-streams branch is merged in. /cc @joeldev @adnkit

@garrettmurray @adnkit @joeldev I haven't look at it for a while, but can probably do so next week. When do you start work?
                              tonyarnold
@smileykeith yes, mostly SVN, some CVS. SVN was mostly sane. Mostly.

@acf @kirbyt exactly. Of course, that might be fine in memory because I'd imagine nothing ever gets faulted out of an in memory store
                                  tonyarnold
@kirbyt @acf I’m pretty sure it doesn’t work with SQLite based persistent stores. Might be fine with in memory stores though?

@alanjrogers when did you know when to fudge? Mine’s right except in about 5% of widths
