          @patrickrhone rules/routines/habits connect a current state to a course of action to an outcome. If I was going to make a distinction I would call rules externally defined (and formal, compared to norms which are informal). Whereas habits are personal.

                  @ttscoff yeah, Feedbin is pretty. I just have my user CSS kick in when the window is in portrait and pretty tall (basically on my external display). I couldn’t stand the three columns across 1050 pixels with all the unused height.
