@mattgemmell For my part, I did notice that a month without caffeine massively and visibly reduced anxiety. Once I had that control back, I then figured out a way to deal with the anxiety as and when it arises even with coffee. Now I’m back on coffee.
@mattgemmell It sounds impossible, but reducing your coffee consumption (and even cutting it down) for a test period is perfectly doable, if you care enough. Try cutting it to zero for just one month.
