@joanna The Ducks tried so hard to lose this game! Almost succeeded too. :-/ @tcduff

@joanna @tcduff Heading to see the Ducks play the Beavers tomorrow evening. Going with a colleague -no kids this time. It will be different, but I look forward to keeping score, one of my favorite things to do at a ballgame -

@jmreekes - Big Congrats to you and your wife! I’m late on the uptake here - but I hope all is going well. Congrats!

@tcduff They are games that require running basically. I have to keep them moving! :)- @joanna

@joanna @tcduff @dslemay 6 year-old soccer update: quick changes at practice and we play a lot of games: freeze-tag, clear the yard, red-light/green light. Friends are important and high kicks can hurt. Oh moms and dads are important too. :)

@dslemay - Saw that it was your son’s birthday - sweet! Happy Birthday - and also a congrats to you and your partner as a family - a lot of growth behind you and more to come -

@joanna Ha ha ha -- yes, well … it is frustrating on a level, but when I remember that it is entertainment and I do enjoy it, it isn't that bad… @tcduff

@tcduff I claim no ownership of these Ducks of which you mention, Ted. :-) Still, apparently the Ducks played better the past two games. Perhaps shades of things to come? @joanna

@joanna The Ducks this year so far, to quote one presidential candidate, are “Sad!” ;-) Not doing well at all - Still a great group and fun to watch though - @tcduff

@cano I like the idea of how you integrate something digital (w/OmniFocus) in your set-up. My own digital scene keeps changing on me it seems, so I haven’t settled on anything. @dslemay @jmreekes

@tcduff Yes - I saw a replay of the HP homer last night - congrats! @joanna

@dslemay @jmreekes Just did a very short write up on my “rotation” of notebooks for work. Pretty simple and works for me: http://seansharp.tumblr.com/post/142463216790/the-rotation

@dslemay OMSI is such a great place for kids! That kid room with all of the hands-on activities we really enjoy. On the soccer stuff - my goal is simple: make it fun for the kids. Meet them where they are and have a blast. So far, so good I think!

@dslemay It was good! I am now coaching my 6 year old daughter's soccer team so I had to do two online classes and some prep work for practices. Other than that we just hung out together-- how was yours?

@joanna @tcduff So, a brief update: my 6 year old daughter’s soccer coach had to step out of that role, so I have stepped in. Yikes! Still, they’re only 5 and 6, and I can provide a very fun soccer practice time for them. YouTube is my friend these days -

@dslemay Hey Daniel - mine was good overall - busy, but good. Played some basketball with my son, went to the grocery story, played an “I-Spy” game with my daughter and watched some basketball, too. A little writing was done on the squire, too. :-)

@dslemay Wow - well done! I did some writing with my new Baron Fig Squire today, but not that much. :-)
