Mac, iOS, Win Phone & Android; @ranto for nasty posts. Don't take me seriously, I don't. Timezone: UTC + 11:00. Sweary person. @_windrider on Twitter.
I like cheese.
With sciatica affecting one leg and osteoarthritis causing problems in the other knee I was left with having to use my walker for a short 350 metre stroll yesterday. Been madly popping pills in an effort to free up knee movement, need to restock them.
Walking back from the funeral today, I realised I hadn't brought the wheelie bin in since putting it out 5 days ago. So I balanced my rollator waljer on top of the bin & lurched the 50 metres to my front door. That was painful without support for the knee.
Back from the neighbour's funeral service, I shall honour her for the next week by thinking of her each time I have a cup of tea. Tea was her favourite pick-me-up and she was always so welcoming & hospitable.
@rabryst And I still use my 80 GB refurbished iPod Classic that I bought around about when the iPhone was first released in Australia. Used in a floating waterproof amplified stereo speaker setup it entertains me at water therapy sessions. @morrick@keita
I remember soon after moving here 17 years ago, I cut my foot open and couldn't stop the bleeding. I wrapped the foot in a towel and called Norma, the neighbour whose funeral is on today for help. She was able to fix it up and calm me down.
It's only 400 metres to walk to the funeral home to attend an elderly neighbour's funeral. I strongly doubt I can manage it without my rollator walker thingie, the sciatica is proving awkward today. Funeral is just under two hours away.
