@cparnot two typos in http://cocoamine.net/blog/2015/03/20/replacing-photoshop-with-nsstring/ “which simple passes” ➤ simply “actually render the image “ ➤ renders good article - I love NSImage with block drawing.

@gruber “What a great conceit for a review” I’m pretty sure you mean “concept”?

And worse too that I can’t keep my accounts straight ;-)

Its sad that I’ve come to use AppNet as a back channel for reporting typos.

@benbrooks The Fifth Downside typo “that the most”.

@benbrooks typo in “Month Without Sitting” “deal” -> “dear”.

@benbrooks I’m convinced they suck the energy out of us - its the only explanation that makes sense…

@benbrooks buy then an iPad each and lock yourself in a room… ;-)

@benbrooks my wife is off on a holiday “with the girls” on Friday for a week. And its a 4 day weekend. Fun times coming up…

@danielpunkass @dalton @berg its also always possible their API/platform will produce a surprise killer app.

@matthenderson @benbrooks I can’t see that happening, but I would certainly love to see anything more in the range of documentation, macro examples, third party actions, etc. I’m just not sure how to make it happen.

@benbrooks I know - but some companies do exactly that!
                          peternlewis
@benbrooks @matthenderson charging for training or support puts a negative feedback into the system, encouraging complexity and confusion instead of simplicity and understandability. This is definitely not a direction I would go in!

@matthenderson thanks for the article. I liked how @benbrooks put it - Keyboard Maestro needs 10,000 more pages in the documentation. It already runs to 100 pages long, its hard to imagine making it more detailed.

@boredzo so I should stop using Anweet? ;-)

@danielpunkass true enough. Plus when I first looked at it it was riddled with bugs - I imagine its a lot better now (your previously tweet (what’s an ADN message here called?) indicates otherwise of course).
                                  peternlewis
@danielpunkass there are many reasons I’ve had my own updating code for many many years. Naturally, I’m sure people think its ugly too…

                                      @swilliams @benbrooks 16GB flash memory. SanDisk: $13, Apple $100…
                                      peternlewis
@benbrooks toddlers? It doesn’t get any better when they get older…
                                        peternlewis
@benbrooks so this scenario would be, you go to an interview, they capture your wifi ID, and they have a wifi box secreted near their competitors office which notices your presence.
