    I don't know what some people complain about, on the rare times I do have to call AT&T I always receive stellar customer service.

      @patrickrhone ditto. That, and the grandfathered unlimited plan, are reasons enough for me to be happy with what I have. The grass isn't always greener on the other side…

        @jdalrymple Good to hear I'm not alone. Seriously, the CS rep just analyzed 6 months of call data, recommended a better plan, saved me $100.00, and gave me 1000 rollover minutes. Full of win.

          @patrickrhone Same here. They’ve always been friendly and efficient. Perhaps they like people with beards?

            @stwrz Yep. That's it. It's the beard.

              @patrickrhone I had a similar good experience when I was still with AT&T. When they found my house was on a dead zone island, they gave me a free microcell. Very classy.

                @patrickrhone my experience has been the opposite. I've wasted more hours than I care to admit on the phone with them.

                  @patrickrhone AT&T has always given me outstanding customer service. It was the voice and data service that failed me.

                    @iph @shawnblanc @patrickrhone same. Website necessitates calls though. So horrible.

                      @patrickrhone On the phone side, just couldn’t get phones to work, and our microcell stopped working. One the Internet side, it was a nightmare. Both services could never get the bills right.

                        @iosessive Sorry to hear. Like I said, my experience has been nothing short of outstanding.
