Easy Run for 60 min [trdhb.co] steady easy effort for 1 hour Ran the loop from my house. Legs this week have been feeling sluggish. BUT I'm thinking that they're just starting to adapt to regular training again.
Sanitas [trdhb.co] Take a quick lap of Sanitas, go up the south Ridge and down the east ridge to dakota ridge. Climb at SubMax test type intensity, moderately hard but not killing yourself Woke up feeling a bit phlegmy.
SubMax Test [trdhb.co] Warm-up: 5 min easy, 5 min medium, 3 min easy, 3 min fast, 3 min easy Main Workout: run a 4-6 mile loop at a set Heart Rate and record your time Cool-Down: 10-15 min easy Your favorite loop!
Hilly Run- 60 min [trdhb.co] Hilly terrain- include some climbs that require hiking Went out to PVR to get some hill training done on BG. Turns out my fitness is returning to me. I was able to run the whole loop without walking.
