Related side note: my daughter kicked ass tonight. She also kicks ass in general.

Adults have a perfectly good venue for recitals already, it's called karaoke. And at least I get to drink there.

App.net: It's where I go to say horrible things.

Funny, it’s the adult performers and not the kids that make me want to stab my ear holes at my daughters recital.

@longstride I do too. It'd also be a good first date. You could also open up slots and offer them away so you don't end up with too many solo requests at once.

@longstride can't tell if you're kidding or saying it's either one freebie or a ten pack.

You guys, writing show notes while also being pretty darn drunk is kind of hard. Kind of.
                  mschechter
@longstride yeah I remember that failed experiment :) good times.

@zero in all fairness, the sarcasm was way clearer here. In the future, can you be a bit more obvious as I may slo be drunk.
                      mschechter
@zero thank heavens. I knew you were better than that.
                        mschechter
@zero isn’t that kind of the point of betas

@mikevardy @longstride thankfully, I think Jason gave up on us a while ago

Dear @longstride, Whatever you do, please do not read the show notes to Mikes on Mics tomorrow. I have been at a cocktail making course tonight and, between you and me, I have low expectations for the quality of grammar in my current state. Thanks, M.
