    Sunlit 1.3 is a little delayed because it was rejected by Apple for opening Safari to let the user sign in. We've appealed the rejection. See also: Craig Hockenberry's post [furbo.org] on why it's a security risk to use embedded web views.

        @manton They’ve rejected quite a few people for that, despite the risk, haven’t they?

            @clarkgoble Yes, I know Twitterrific ran into the same kind of thing last year. I don't think it's a good policy.

              @manton I don’t either - I wonder what Apple’s solution will be (if anything). It’s times like this I wish they were more communicable.

                @clarkgoble It seems they don’t have even a cursory infosec audit as part of submission. Not too surprising to see inconvenient security maneuvers losing to UX flow then. Disappointing relative to walled garden justifications though. @manton
