    87 hours without using any electronic devices. I'm pretty sure that's a record for me. :)

      @patrickrhone Cars have made us lazy, as have grocery stores, knowledge work, McDonalds and modern housing. I find the entire premise of the article ridiculous and irrelevant. But, I’m an asshole. ;) (Disclaimer, I do not own a smartphone, by choice).

        @longstride NICE! Wait, no... crap. Exclamation and ellipse, all in one post. I'm getting good.

          I need @longstride to offer a <100 word package. I hate proofing myself. In fact, I probably should have had him edit this before I hit "Post". See, that doesn't even make sense. And I probably shouldn't have used "that". UGH! <- Exclamation mark, -5pts.

            @sabbatical @michaelramm It just plain gets uncomfortable. I don’t need an 8 minute scene to understand what’s happening. I know these things happen, I’m a big boy, but I don’t watch them for pleasure in my daily routine.

              @michaelramm I don’t think they’re going for historical realism.

                @longstride ride the stems up off your ears a bit. It’ll probably feel funny but it will change the plane and should eliminate the reflection. (Photography trick).

                  @thomasbrand You are welcome. Great piece by the way.

                    If you single play a song in iTunes, why can't it automatically go into a related genius mix? I always get a whacked "next song".

                      Real hackers have always stood on a higher moral ground than the organizations they infiltrate. And yet people continue to give up their information to these orgs and assume privacy.

                          It's a bit humorous to me when someone who is a self-proclaimed "experienced IT Leader" uses Wix.com for their website.

                            The kids are watching Nemo. I forgot how much I love this movie.

                              @longstride That's the problem, in my opinion. The show seems to be in a semi-predictable downward spiral. Hopefully they have one heck of a storyline to pull from it.

                                @yuvizalkow But then they’ll catch on. :/
