Certified geek goes from 6 to 5s. [technologynotes.net] I thought i'd buy a 6 by now, but my 5s still seems fine. (No contracts any more.)

@johngordon A 'certified geek' with strong habits and small hands … ;) Reachability mode can be disabled, BTW. I liked my 5(S) and the 4(S) still feels like a miracle. On the other hand, it would be difficult to go back to a smaller screen …

@johngordon In any case, I wouldn't be a new 5S – it's way too expensive for the specs. And Apple isn't good at supporting older phones …

@martinsteiger I agree 5s is not good value by spec, but it is good value in use. I'm surprised by how high even refurb prices are.

@martinsteiger @johngordon I suspect the 5s will have a long life. The 6 is only 20% faster. Contrast speed between 5 & 5s where it was nearly 2x. Likewise 6 & 5s have similar memory (unlike Air 2 with 2G RAM). It’ll last longer than older iPhones.

@martinsteiger @johngordon Still I do hope Apple announces next fall a 3.5” or 4” iPhone for the rest of us.

@clarkgoble @johngordon Three different sizes? OK, maybe minus the iPad Mini? (BTW: Is there any way to get 'reply to all' in ADN Alpha?)

@martinsteiger There’s no ‘notify everyone who has been named in thread’ function on APP.NET

@martinsteiger @johngordon No idea. After Kiwi stopped working I went back to Wedge. I don’t like using web pages for ADN or Twitter.

@martinsteiger @johngordon I could see Apple having a 4”, 4.7”, 5.5”, 8”, 10” and 12” without really causing problems. It’s a clear product distinction and might even make some problems easier.

@clarkgoble This LG L90 I have now has a 4.7" screen, and I am very comfortable with it. I'm not comfortable enough with it to give up on 5.5" (or larger) screen phones though. :-) @martinsteiger @johngordon
