                            @davidsmith My biggest problem is the wet paper towel doesn't capture 90% of the chaff. For me it is more like 10%. I do my roasting in the kitchen near the back door with a fan blowing any smoke outside. So I assume my fan is disturbing the chaff capture.

                              @davidsmith I do - it isn't formal though. It is in a google doc and references the day/length/origin. How are you doing this?
