@jamesgowans maybe just lift your chair for a start a few times over your head, less expensive and no broken glass, and maybe you start to laugh about yourself making angry faces mirrored in the (unbroken?) glass ;)
@jamesgowans :) depends on your job. If a coworker and I are angry and frustrated and need immediate antistress therapy we play 'Bombtrack' by Rage Against the Machine. Really LOUD and bang our heads. Puts some fun back into the situation.
