Finally, I can talk about one of the big things I've been working on for iOS 7: replacing Apple Maps in one line of code. Any MapKit-using app can now do this.
@kolin My 17” has been flawless since with 512GB SSD and 1TB HDD.
@kolin No. My guess is it’s to avoid confusion/complexity in apps & disc burning framework. You want boot arg “mbasd=1” set with nvram.
@kolin You will need to tweak a kernel boot parameter though…
@mrgan @siracusa I wondered how that was going to play out for folks with color issues. Seems like a really weak idea in that light.
Hey there @wiredgadgetlab, @gqmagazine, and, in case you missed it, @nprnews.
Only 10 tickets remain for #iosdevcampdc on August 24 in Falls Church VA. You can hear 5 great speakers, and me.

Leaked slide from Monday's WWDC keynote?
Headed to WWDC? Come to WWGH -- the Whiskey Geo Hour, hosted by MapBox:
I am very surprised that @secondconf has not sold out yet. I went in 2011 and had a blast. Going again this year. Highly recommended.
Started stumbling my way through some JavaScript frameworks today for a personal ADN project. Uphill. Been a while since I’ve done web stuff, and definitely not much JavaScript.
