@phoneboy I think that our real mistake was trying to sell the idea that well designed software should have no learning curve. Well designed software which solves trivial or simple tasks? Sure. Not much else though.
No. They add a wizard like interface asking you about what is wrong and then they present a "try these troubleshooting tricks" screen with a button at the bottom which might as well read "No, I really do want an appointment"
And I’m not saying Swift is ideal, I’m saying relative to Objective-C and dealing with C idioms… It just feels like pounding the rocks together in 2014. I cut my teeth on C, I love C, but it’s got tremendous baggage that ObjC holds as a superset.
