@height8 @redqueencoder Another good idea is to create an app that will help you keep track of your purchases, both those that you make and those you don’t make. /me also running away

@danv2 Apple is gonna help out tremendously if they come out with new headphones.

@pamdavis I took some photos earlier today, does that count as focused work?
        ggirton
@ericd Ha ha, I wouldn’t count on it!

@oluseyi I know. It just makes her mad, though. Actually, the number of water bottles that end up on the beach is enough to have a killer photo series … half full water bottles refracting the sea as background. I should post a couple sometime

@tewha I told my sister about it, and her immediate reaction was “April Fools!”

@pamdavis Sometimes that’s just the way it is! :-)

@oluseyi I might have kept it up even so, but my girlfriend is extremely opposed to bottled water, and Amazon used frozen water bottles for cooling the packages. Meat and fish were local, of high quality, and roughly the same price as Whole Foods.

@hoop33 A button to order a specific brand? How much must Amazon be selling that for!
                      ggirton
@oluseyi I took a trial on Amazon Fresh. It worked out great but I felt getting out to the nearby store got me a) out of the home office and b) human contact and c) exercise. so I didn’t follow through.

@danv2 So that because they can claim to be able to accurately target commercials they can sell more of them, would be my best guess. But it might be more abstract than that.

@rabryst You definitely have a point there! I have no recollection of math homework … maybe that’s why I loved math.

To me, the graph shows the optimal time spent on homework is around 90 minutes, not 60 minutes as asserted in the article http://www.vox.com/2015/3/30/8314405/homework-education-graph

@hybotics algebra2, yeah! Not too long ago I went thru the Khan Academy statistics sequence. Many of the examples were high school topic oriented but I learned a lot from the quiz questions. If you’re not getting your hour a day be sure to check out Khan!
