    @manton Interesting, thanks. Bummed it didn't show up for you very quickly after that trick. :( @noahread

      @manton Cool; did the update actually start showing up in iTunes and on devices soon afterwards? @noahread

        @manton The last time that happened to me, I made a trivial edit to the app description. Showed up ten-fifteen minutes later. Coincidence? Perhaps. But worth a shot.

          @tewha :) Just checked and that's it.

            @tewha valid_archs is what it may run on iirc; eg it wouldn't run on excluded platforms. Pardon any misspeaking am on the move :)

              @tewha archs iirc, am afk right now though

                @isaiah Hate that ... ugh. May the ear boogers be minimal and the drum heal up quickly.

                  The only good customer service I've had lately is from McDonald's, Starbucks and Apple, and I'm normally super easygoing and low-maintenance about this stuff. Most people are either really bad at getting things done, or don't care.

                    @scottaw Well, work was pretty excellent so all in all it was a wash. :)

                      Thanks for the kind thoughts - the blowout itself was easily managed (it wasn't super sudden, have sailed through much worse) but it all made for an annoying night. I'm sure I'll be a real peach at the office tomorrow ... better get some extra Z's. 'night!

                        @irc Thanks! Yes, it's a gnarly place to have an issue. Beware of the rather stout raised square plates on the shoulder. You can't avoid them. Very much hoping one didn't crunch my rim. @phoneboy @smc

                          @jedi thanks homie ... An interesting day ;)

                            And home. Had wrong tow hook, driver said "I can't tow you." Think again, sport. Solved. Rim's likely bent from our craptastic CA freeway "shoulder." Nearly rear-ended by some jackoff taking the exit too fast. They went into emergency stop and spun a bit.

                              @oluseyi @joanna thanks :) second time in two years - the first was on the way to the ADN meetup in Half Moon Bay. That one was sketchy ...

                                @phoneboy @smc @jedi Applied engineering to the problem and am happily chillin', listening to the game. #professional

                                  @phoneboy @smc I'm on the 101, so there's about a foot between me and the slow lane, and another between me and the wall. Nice and heavy traffic too.

                                    @phoneboy nah thanks - I need an empty bottle though

                                      Tire blew out on the freeway. Yay. Stuck here for an hour at least waiting for a flatbed. I can see my exit and have to take a leak.
