    I have not had a single smooth experience with Newsstand. I have to try over and over again to get the latest stuff to load.

      @ablaze I dislike it for the fact that I can’t put it inside of a folder. That it only works when it feels like it turns the dislike into hate.

        @ablaze I think this ties into your iCloud issues. Perhaps your Apple account server is haunted…? Send for holy water and two priests.

                @ablaze @jxpx777 @richg Anyone throw a hail mary lately? How about: do you have a & in your email address/alias? Have you backed up Contacts lately and run a Card > Look for Duplicates? How about trying a sub with a fresh new iCloud/App Store ID?

                  @chartier @jxpx777 @richg No &s, no dupes. I have been thinking about the new Apple ID strategy. Can I still install apps with my old Apple ID and sync them with a different iCloud account? Sounds nightmarish, but doable?

                    @ablaze @chartier @jxpx777 My wife uses my UK account for apps that aren’t available on her (primary) US account, so I think it works. Signing in and out to Update All gets tedious though.

                      @richg @ablaze @chartier @jxpx777 I think you'll only have problems if you try to sync apps to iTunes. Otherwise, should be fine.

                            @billygoat @richg @ablaze @chartier @jxpx777 My wife and I have our own iTunes accounts, but if she wants an app I've purchased, I just sign in to her phone OR iTunes on her Mac and install. We sync and backup via iTunes. Only issue is hassle of updates.

                              @richg @ablaze @chartier @jxpx777 FWIW, iCloud Backup has worked flawlessly for me every time. Just used it again the other day when a debug session bricked my phone.

                                  @richg @ablaze @chartier I only have to do the sign out/sign in dance on Mac App Store. iOS sanely prompts me for the passwords for other accounts when I update all. Fresh installs are different of course.
