@akulbe The pay-to-not-be-the-product thing is a false dichotomy. There are paid companies that sell customers, there are free companies that don't. This was about ensuring that Pocket became a sustainable product on its own.
@justin It’s such a sleazy tactic. Like it communicates that the primary reason someone wanted to get lunch was so they could get a recruiting bonus or something, not to actually be a sociable human being.
